    Hi I bought 2 maxidiag MD802's. I registered the first unit and updated it. It took so long to update that I thought I would save time by copying the first SD card to the 2nd SD card. This resulted in the screen saying "The vehicle program is not authorized, Please obtain the authorization". I cannot get to the help screen to get the password to register it. The S/N is MD8112004533 Please help. Thanks Matt

    I have got your email and reply to you. Pls check your email box. By the way, every serial number is unique an only corresponded to one machine, so don't use one machine's log in user name to do the update for another machine, which will definitely cause you troubles.
